The Chinese rose grows and develops very quickly. When propagated by cuttings, a young plant is able to bloom in the year of planting. An exception is the Syrian hibiscus, which will allow you to admire its flowering no earlier than the third year of life.

How long is the period?

Like many tropical plants, hibiscus produces very spectacular, but equally short-lived flowers. Usually a Chinese rose flower lives no more than a day: the bud opens at dawn and begins to wither by night, soon dropping bright petals.
